Hi fellow Opussians ! I am a published poet having been writing since I was 16. Having had poetry published in poetry anthologies. My life has been too busy to say the least over the last 6 years and so my son Daniel Hing a Ling has persuaded me to put pen to paper and start writing again and join in on the Opussian way of life!

Survive the Battle and Persevere . Tomorrow I close another chapter in my #life. I am going to visit some nuns who were in the convent that I used to live in over 40 years ago One is 90 and I am going to visit her and another nun tomorrow and take some flowers and scented candles. It is so hard, as I am writing my autobiography and it will be another chapter that takes me nearer to closure. This survivor who battles all that #life throws at her, has perseverance. Start as you mean to go on I say.
My Sister I know that we have been through some hard times, you have always been there at the end of the phone, I know you are there, and I can talk to you, Then I know I can cope, and know I’m not alone. I have got here, at long last after 7 years, I had the help and support that I waited so long for, I feel safe and secure with the knowledge, I survived and am stronger, I now know the score. So I now have to have some time for me, and I, can allow myself space, to find out who is in my interior, I have to learn to love myself, And let people in past my saddened exterior. To my sister, I know I can always turn to you, Your support has helped me on my way, I would do the same for you, whenever you needed me, As there are no other words that I can say, Just Thank You for being my sis.
