Far Away Words escape me when I need them most and I slip into the back of my mind. Float far away to a better place Where reality is hard to find. But in my world a place exists of freedom and no war, all souls at ease, thy kingdom come, living’s not a chore. I am sinking underneath. I'm lost at sea. Retrace my tracks I try to get back. Gray When I was just a little girl I wanted to fly Touch the sun and kiss the sky Everyday at noon I would run through the fields and play That was before it was all gray When my story didn't fade I could close my eyes and escape When the birds all whispered and sang Before things were gray Before I lost my place I use to dream of a place where peace lived But a storm rolled in, and turned it to waste Loneliness is so vivid and real Though a solitary #life can bring in new clouds An untold story waiting to break out Listening to the whispers, the creaks of the trees I have to believe that the breeze will talk to me Give me answers and show true meaning.
