Wednesday Most people in this world the Monday's for obvious back to work reasons, I enjoy Monday's instead it is it's uncle Wednesday I tend to despise so much 3 reasons 2 of which are variables depending on our menu 1- 7am start work finish at 10pm earliest. This makes me a very undesirable person to be around. 2- chickens, my boss hates preparing chickens therefore gets me to do them on his days off. Thank you very much 10 whole chickens no. 3- he also dislikes the preparation of rabbits therefore I shall do them aswell, you do not know awkwardness untill you have boned out the hind legs of rabbits and stuffing them after the standard rabbit prep.
