Gone A loud ringing enters my ears, filling me with dread. "See you guys, later. I have to go to class." I say to my friends and trudge to class. At least it's Friday, I think to myself. I made my way to class and flopped in my assigned seat. The rest of the class filed in and I sighed at how long this day was going to be. "Hey, I have you in like three of my classes and I don't even know your name." I looked up in shock to see a tall, skinny guy with black hair looking at me. "Oh. I'm Alexandra but I go by Alex," I replied shyly. "I'm Chris." He smiled. I nodded and pretended to be writing something. Someone actually noticed me. And he's not that bad looking. Classes blurred together and the day dragged on until it was time to go home. The sun shone off the bright sidewalk and I was suffocating in the heat. It felt like being in an oven. I finally made it to my street and started walking a little faster. Suddenly, something moved in the woods. My head snapped in that direction and there was a flash of yellow. A smart person would've just gone home, but I'm not that smart.

Massacre At Mystic Screams and shouts were everywhere, along with the smell of burning buildings. Gunshots were being fired everywhere and I looked around in horror. My people are laying dead on the ground. Gripping my weapon tighter, I ran to find the men responsible for this. I leaped over the dead bodies and dodged flaming houses. I stopped in horror as I saw a woman and child climbing the fort walls, attempting to escape only to be shot dead by a white man. Pure rage surged through me and I ran in a blind fury at this white demon. Raising my axe, I brought it down onto his head with full force causing his blood and brains to fly onto my face. I didn't care, these men have deceived us. They kill the innocent and want nothing but riches. Suddenly, a sharp pain spreads from the middle of my stomach. I look down to find blood gushing and a silver sword through my body. My vision turns blurry, then fades to black.
