Opuss...you Make Me Scream! So...went to change my profile picture here today, and Opuss crashed on me 3x in the process. On the 4th try, it said it couldn't access my images. Honestly....my opinion on this mess, is they really need to work on improving whatever improvements they claimed to have made...because from where I'm sitting, it is more unstable now, then before they started "improving" on it. Typical of any business though I suppose...always looking for the edge...the next improvement, but what they fail to realize, is if you change things TOO much...you will lose your client base. Stop fixing what isn't broken folks. When you try to do that, things only get more messed up! Sincerely, A fellow frustrated Opussian P.S. Being able to actually post something here would be rather handy too. So far, after 4 attempts of trying to post this, I have had as many failures. And that number is climbing. None of my other apps have problems posting, so I know it's not my connection! 38 And Dating Yep...I'm old...and stuck in the single's scene. Never thought I would end up this way. But here I am, perusing the dating sites, looking for a decent man to start over with. But lord!! Some of the guys on these sites...they give a whole new meaning to the word stupid. I now have a telephone stalker. The guy won't stop calling me. All day, at least 5x a day, about stupid shit too! I don't have the heart to tell the guy off, but I kinda need to. Another one tried using the, "you're cute...wanna fool around" approach. Rofl! It just gets me, how lame these guys can really be. Sadly, this seems to be what I'm stuck with. The days of intellectual conversation, and growing to love each other before hopping in the sack, seem to be long gone. Values appear to be overrated, morals...non existent, and somehow, I need to find a decent man among all this garbage. Suddenly I feel like Tom Cruise, in "mission impossible" can almost hear the theme song playing in the background as I browse these profiles. Some are so full of lies they just make me want to scream. For instance... "45 y/o man 5' 8" tall, 350 lbs. Likes hiking in the woods, and long walks on the beach" the man lives nowhere near a beach, and is so fat he'd get winded just walking up a single flight of stairs. How could he possibly enjoy that kind of exercise? Lol! He looks like the only exercise he gets is shoveling the Ben & Jerry's into his face. Lol! I wish guys would just tell the truth about themselves. Ugh! Ok, last rant for the day....promise. Lol Can't promise about tomorrow though.

When A Bad Day, Gets Even Worse Ok, so yesterday...the morning started out with my not having been able to sleep a wink the night before. And before I finally decide to roll over and give it another try, I decide to check my e-mail before nodding off. What I find there, is an e-mail from my landlord, claiming I owe his brother a bunch of money that I don't! Accusing me of trying to screw his family over, when I have never been late on a payment, all my payments are up to date, and have been since I moved in, yet he was bitching at me like I was some kind of irresponsible Tennent! The nerve! So of course...that killed my ability to sleep. And stayed up fuming the rest of the day, then...I get a letter in the mail, from debt collectors, claiming I owe nearly 500 bucks for an overdrawn bank account I never owned. Then my computer decides it's going to take a shit on me. (I rely on my computer for business. I'm a self employed graphic designer) without the computer working properly, I can't make any money. No money...bills don't get paid, so, spent the rest of the day, all night, and into the next morning, fixing that. And let me tell you...I'm exhausted. A total of 3 days of no sleep, and non stop problems. Enough to drive a person mad I tell ya!

Ok...got A Little Rant... Now opus is great, don't get me wrong. But the only being able to write a single page thing...and not even a very big page...is kind of a drag. Sometimes, people have more to say, than what can fit on one tiny page. You can't attach images, so...it shouldn't be a matter of space on the database, unless they are too cheap to shell out for a decent hoster, so...what gives Opus? Let us say our piece with multiple pages! After all...text is a very light file. I could write an entire novel that's under 1mb. For crying out loud! Ok...rant over.
