High Hopes You can approach any situation with two mind sets: With such high hopes that anything that happens doesn't quite match your high expectations. Anything that occurs different to how you played it out may be deemed a failure. OR With little or no expectations so that anything that happens is a positive. A new experience is a fresh one therefore unexpected. So it's prudent to always go with the latter mindset. You never know where it could lead you...

Little Robin So I was cutting the grass today and basking in the short lived glory of the sun. That's when a robin flew to a nearby fence, watching as if to see what all the commotion was about. It would get close, then move away. I would get close, then it would move away. Then I moved away from the lawnmower, and the little robin settled contently on the lawnmower! Despite the approaching rain, the little robin was happy to perch on the fence, possibly taking in the sights and smells of freshly cut grass (either that or it was waiting to try and prise some worms out!) Sometimes you wonder if mother nature's little creatures are actually our dearly departed paying us a fleeting visit...

A Clock Mess Orange So I called Orange regarding my astronomical mobile phone bill costs, and was instructed by the husky automated woman to input certain characters from my password. How are you meant to remember what character is at what position when prompted? And how are you meant to enter, say the letter 'b'? Pressing '2' twice certainly doesn't work! And then you're told what you're entering is incorrect! You're made to feel like you're illegally trying to access someone else's account! Sort it out Orange - at this rate the future's certainly not bright, let alone Orange!!!
