A dress and thick tights And a coat and boots, So ready for Christmas I love the winter look! Pouring out the baileys Wishing for some snow, Sitting by the fire, Full of Christmas glow. Champers, vino Shortbread, mince pies, Friends and family A twinkle in my eyes. Gettin' festive, Ready for this folly, C'mon Opuss, Tus' the season to be jolly!

A leisurely stroll, At three in the morn, Good for the soul, But nobody did warn That I'd get so addicted To a midnight stroll That I would yearn, It'd be beyond my control. The night would call my body, For it's very own, And that every time I went, I felt a little closer to home.

Christmas Bug Im getting it bad, Don't care if its sad, I love this time of year! Season to be jolly, Plenty of folly, & even more beer! Bailey's in tea Even with breakkie, It really doesn't matter! Family time, Time to unwind & plenty of food on a platter!

Winter Heart My winter chill Is thawed by your smile My frozen heart warms All of the while. You re-awaken in me Something I thought I'd lost My smile is back And you're melting the frost. The icicles that hung From my heavy heart Are disappearing slowly I'm falling apart. Broken and battered But at least I'm warm, No longer a little snowflake Lost in the storm.

#ColourChallenge Results As promised, below are the results of the Electric Blue colour challenge. All entries were great, but three entries stood out for me: In first; @glen with - "Glen At Opuss Party" Simply because of the outfit - read it - it's a bobby dazzler - literally! In second; @jackalice with "Rick Blue for President!" That is a show I would definitely pay to see! In third; @eddie12309 with "Electric Blue" For giving me the use of a new euphemism Kalamazoo!!
