I Crave Humanity In this world of deceit and wonder, Lies my soul torn asunder, Against the sparkling blackness of mirrors and smoke, My mind wretches at this dirty joke, The tactfulness the refusal to make amends, Everyone; government, country, family or friends, Always the need to exude prosperity at the cost of ones humanity, Where art thou simple joy of humility and family, In this world of daily struggle, it is often a slippery slope, I crave humanity, I cannot afford to loose hope.

Limits The world falls silent, There is no presence expect a million piercing eyes and the pounding of your heart, You find yourselves at a crossroad; afraid to step either way, The greedy grins of hungry wolves lurk in the shadows of your secrets, Your soul is screaming at your captors; do not tread where you are unwelcome, I wish not to relent to your questions, I warn you please stay within your limits, As the consequences are unforeseeable.

2013 2012 has been quite a year. We've witnessed winter heat-waves and summer snowstorms, the Queens Diamond Jubilee, Olympic and Paralympic games, flood, drought and more floods, the re-inauguration of Obama, an EU fiscal crisis and the news of a royal baby. Whatever the year may of been for you as an individual whether good, bad or just ok. There is no doubt we all look forward to a brighter 2013 as a collective. So here's to that!
