Cocooned I levitate above the surface of your soft feathery comfort Sleep beyond reach, the vast expanse of the cosmos is above me Drawing me closer and closer towards the dark night sky Yearning only for the lull of dreams and quietness of unconsciousness of mind I drift towards another universe devoid of gravity like a moth to flame Evasive sleep wrap me in a warm woollen blacket and drag me back to earth Keep me grounded and hold me down. Lover I lay my hands gently upon you and squeeze. Soft, smooth and wet. I caress and you react to my movement willingly. Furl, twist and roll. My fingers move slowly around your provocative form. Damp, earthy and natural. The pressure transforming and inviting my touch. Intoxicating You ooze between my fingers and enter my soul. I am a Potter. M~

Freedom They are no longer beautiful or kind. Their words of cruel intention find no place beneath my skin. Their venom trails too weak to reach. I breathe to fill the sails to carry me across the sea. Awoken from a miasma slumber. No kinfolk walk my path or tread before me. Young land full of beauty and wonder. Absent Father We had a moment her and I, a language only our eyes could say. A cuddle. A kiss. An exhale of breath, for the one we share and equally miss. Then gone. Disappeared. As quick as it came and onto yet another game of radish hunting in her corner garden. The look, the moment quite forgotten. But not I, no. I remember still the feeling her eyes so young did tell. M~
