A Letter To Myself. In a letter to my yonger self, I know I what I would say: "Darling, don't be scared; don't do it. It only takes one moment to begin a downward spiral which will suck you in and take you years to escape. Yes, things are rough now and they will be rough in the future but those glimmers of light, those slivers of hope, don't ignore them. They'll keep you sane. Just, please, remember to breathe." Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
