Mental Health Her smile fading with time, Simultaneously with mine. Trying to be her Clyde, But feeling her pushing me out of her #life. She loves me with all her heart, But she knows if she keeps me she'll just tear us apart. Feeling low, No joyful place she can go. Next step is taking pills, Simple tasks become climbing hills. She's in there somewhere, Give her back to me and set her free. Her thoughts now controlled by an evil devil kind. Everyday it rains on her, A propped up brolly isn't her cure. God please give her the strength to keep on fighting. Help her lose all her aggression, And defeat this devil called #depression. Having dealt with mental health on a regular basis over the past 3 years, I liken #depression to the devil - I've seen beautiful people become swallowed by their mind. Your mind is like any other part of your body - it can sustain an injury. Listen to your mind and do not be embarrassed or ashamed to seek help and support.

Why I see you where I least expect, Bump into you on the busiest street. Is it a sign.. or just chances being cruel? These chances are dousing my fire with fuel. Why is it you I bump into? No matter where on this Earth I seem to go, There you are standing so. We are not meant to be, So why are we placed so we can see. Is it a coincidence? Or something significant? I ask this question in my mind, Even though I know we were lost through time. The answer, I'm sure I'll never find, But I'm convinced I'd still see you if I were blind.

Media I don't watch the news, I don't read the papers, A broadcast team with hidden agenda's. Screw them all, Just waiting for their next victim to fall. Feeding your mind with constant lies, Failing to listen to the real world cries. Twisted and manipulated, Casting a spell of hatred. Stay clear of the media, Explore the world for yourself, Only then will you see the truth.
