Pandora's Box "Ash were are you?" Someone shouts frantically. "Ash?" The voice shouts again. I sit in a corner my knees up to my chest and stare at my surroundings disoriented. "Ash!?" Says the voice closer, but this time it sounds shocked and worried. I blink a few times coming back to now, I must have been seeing my future. I shudder thinking about it, I hate seeing my own future it gives me the creeps. I'm in my room at this hotel, 'cause I was bored and it started to rain and I have nowhere to go. "You hungry?" I ask my best friend mist, who is now curled up on the bed as a white and grey cat. Mist isn't human she's an unknown species, that can shapeshifter into any animal or take the form of mist/fog, her species has a bond with someone in this case mist has bonded with me and through this bond she can read my mind and we can speak telepathically also she can make it that only I see her or everyone sees her and she can speak out loud so everyone can hear. Mists species is an unknown and very rare kind. "No thanks." She says politely. "I'm surprised your haven't changed to mist yet, this has got to be the longest you've been in animal form." I say while dialling the room service number and just to make a point mist turns herself into mist. I shake my head at her and smile. "Oh hello i would like to order some French vanilla yogurt." I say down the phone, and just as the man was about to reply the phone dies. "Huh that's funny the phone just died." I say staring at the phone funnily. Then the door bursts open and men in black armed with guns fill the room. "Well that explains it." I say, mist automatically sends herself invisible so only I can see or hear her, as long as she keeps her distance she won't be made. You see we made a deal a VERY long time ago, she will be my secret weapon so she always has to keep hidden from the rest of the world it's sad I know but she's shy anyway, only likes talking to me. "Are you Ash Blue." Asks one of the men. My face pales and I loose the smile I had just a moment ago. No one knows my real last name everyone these days knows me as Ash Lindsey. "It's Ash Lindsey." I growl. "What do you want?" I ask cruelly. This is obviously going back to my past. "The king of the fantasy kingdom has requested you." Says the same man looking around anxiously. No one knows about us fantasy creatures as far as they think were all myth, fairy tales, well I'll tell ya now that ain't true we're real and were right in front of ya..... We just keep up with time so we don't stand out.
