Whether I've returned, Is a different matter, Writing doesn't come to me, On a silver platter. In fact, I rather struggle to write, My brain works fine, But my hands go tight. What Is A Grandchild? Disclaimer: This is not mine. What is a grandchild? Well you may ask! It's a song in the heart, It's a funny clown mask. It's an ache in the back, And swings in the park, It's crumbs on the floor, And a cry in the dark. It's kittens and tadpoles, It's jigsaws and snap, It's scissors and paste, A squirm in your lap. It's a quivering lip, And a hot, clutching hand, It's a stake in the future, The hope of our land.

You Decide The End There's a battle on, Between heart and mind, Within the soul, Resides this bind. The heart is risky, Aggressive as well, Will it win? It's hard to tell. The mind is calm, Sensible and safe, Trying hard to teach, The heart it's place. The heart is daring, Pushing on, Just talk to her, What could go wrong? But the mind says "no", Don't do it yet, She's not looking at you, The stage ain't set. "But she'll say yes", The heart retorts, She'll like you anyway, So just try all sorts. "No she won't", The mind replies, You've only known her two years, ("And zip up your flies"). Decide the winner and write it in the comments with why
