Forgiveness To forgive is one of the hardest things to do - mostly because the ones we generally have to forgive are the ones that hurt us the most, those people we really keep close and cherish. I never really understood forgiveness in entirely - I know holding a grudge is unhealthy but to forgive was always hard for me. I'd rather forget and pretend it never happened. Then one day I read this: "Not forgiving someone hurts you worse than it hurts them. Not forgiving someone is like not pulling a thorn out of your foot just because you weren't the one that put it there." And it clicked - what forgiveness is all about. Your #life There will be people who will like you, others who won't. Some will have a reason for that but some don't. In the end you cannot base your #life on what other people think or how they will react but only on what will make you happy. If what you chose will bring you happiness that is the most important part for you will have to live with your decision until you die. Other people's opinion of you can change with time.

Love Love is beautiful, powerful dangerous... And all the more scary for it. To know that they are the ones that can hurt you the most but will also pick you up when you fall. To know that you are linked to them forever so that anything that affects them will also affect you. To know that one say it will end and something will make you part and not knowing if you will be capable of dealing with that... To stand by that person and know that you would die for them, kill for them and fight the whole world for them - to defend them even if they are wrong. It is frightening and scary the things we do for love, the powerful hold it has over us and the things we would do for it. And yet we still love and will keep on loving despite of the fear... because to love infuses your #life with laughter and precious memories - happiness so profound that you know you would do it all again to have this feeling. Because to love is to live #life at its best.

To Keep Going Or Turn Back We pick a road, chose a path and convince ourselves that this is the best way forward. And as soon as this happens and you make your way down this road you suddenly get another option - an intersection - you can turn left and go back or right and keep forward... Such a dilemma! It is as if #life is testing you to see if you are really really sure of the path you have chosen... To keep going or to go back? How can we know what is the best choice in the end?

Exercise Exercise is supposed to be good for you... Yet is it so painful afterwords - maybe this is some indication that sometimes you must go through the pain the get the good in the end.
