The Man Behind The Curtains I woke up in the middle of the night. For some reason the window was wide open. I had a strange feeling that someone was watching me. I looked up and saw, peeking through my curtains, were a pair of eyes. Then I saw his mouth. A long, horrendous smile. He stood still, watching me. Finally, after what seemed like forever, he said ‘Go To Sleep.’ I sceeamed in horror! He took out a metal knife and held it against my chest. I tried to fight back but my small trembling hands, were no match against his. "Please dont kill me, what did i ever do to you?" The man had a dark and stone heart. He didn't care that i was scared and petrified. He just wanted to take another #life. He looked at me in the eye and said " I dont like to kill." And with that he thew the knife into my chest. I felt as if my heart had been ripped out of my body and torn into strips. " Dont be so melodramtic, you wont die." He said with a smirk and plunged the knife in my body. With that i died.
