One Of The Worst Days So Far Mariam awoke with doubts, it was the birthday of her most unreliable friend. A party had been arranged which Mariam was due to attend even though the party was 26 (twenty six) stops from her house. Closer to the time of the party a message arrived on Mariam's phone. 'hey guys the party might start half an hour late but I'll keep you informed'. Mariam was unimpressed. She knows she should have stayed home after that but instead she continued with her journey to this party ... Bla bla bla it didn't happen apparently whomever was in charge of opening the hall doors hadn't shown up. So Mariam spent her day going up and down on buses and trains in the rain to afraid to receive the "I told you so" that awaited her behind closed doors.
