Double trouble by Darcy lee Morgan One day in the land of Magia a wizard named Bryn and his dragon Calidum where talking while Bryn paced up and down on his waxed check floor. Bryn was the clumsiest and most feared wizard throughout the land. He had a long red curly perm Which trailed around the room behind him. His eyes were like two coal pits. He was getting on a bit (around 150 at a guess). Calidum was the most frightful dragon you'd ever see in your whole #life !! His breath of curry could kill a camel in seconds. His blue camouflage body makes him even deadlier. They had enemies, no friends and goblins for servants who dare not dis-obey them otherwise a week in the cage. The cage is a torturing punishment filled with enemies bones and a horrible stench from the sewer beneath. All kinds of creatures go to Magia . It would be a nice place if it wasn't for Bryn and Calidum. Bryn and calidum were known as "double trouble" because wherever they went they caused trouble. Not far away from Magia in a country called Welsh-wood, there lived a cracking girl named Meredith. Meredith was born to kill both Bryn and Calidum but she doesn't know it yet. One morning, Meredith went out for a stroll around the mountains. She would go to mount Kokomo and sit there with her binoculars watching the birds. This day she spotted a very peculiar looking bird and drew it in her note pad, but was it bird Meredith thought to herself. Before she had time to realise, it was too late, Calidum dived down and snatched Meredith in his grasp. Meredith dropped her book and screamed for help, but there was nobody there. Back at Meredith's home her parents were getting worried as it was getting late. Meredith's dad said, come on Maria lets look for her. They climbed mount Kokomo to Meredith's special place, but to they're horror the only thing there was Meredith's note pad and pencils. Suddenly, Maria said "no, look Gethin" what is it? She showed him the pad and he could see the drawing of Calidum. "We have little time" said Gethin, we have to free Meredith before dawn. They quickly rushed to Magia and found Bryn's cave where they were holding Meredith captive. Luckily, Bryn and Calidum were asleep. Gethin tied Bryn up whilst Maria clipped Calidum's wings. They found the cage key and freed Meredith. As the happy couple were leaving the cave with they're daughter, Meredith turned to her parents and said "no! I must end this.. I must end this today. I know this sounds mad but I feel as if I was born to kill these nasty creatures. Go to the cart and wait, if I'm not back in 5 minutes leave with out me. Meredith quickly unlocked all the prisoners and goblins. She then flooded the cave drowning both Bryn and Calidum. All the population went to Welshwood where they all lived happily ever after.
