A Beautiful Mistake Dear diary, I'm sure everyone has that one ex that the think about every now and then. I know I do. And the funny thing is I truly don't know why I do it. I mean, I have a good boyfriend now and he isn't like the other one was but I still start to miss the old one every once in a while. But when I think about it, it's kinda like an old pair of sneakers. If you wore them for about 6 months and they have a couple of scratches you usually buy a new pair, yet you just toss the old ones to the side. Then it comes to a day where you can't find your shoes so you grab the old ones and you realize you had thrown away (or tossed to the side) a perfectly good pair of shoes.
