Forever & ever we breath our last breath , the seasons are sprouting, the ones we have left , Yet look again lest our lives be twisted in pain , The journeys we take whether long ones or short , live each moment ,Lest our lives add to naught , A grin and a smile will carry us the miles, a frown or a grimace our joy will it miss , To have our own fears ,brings salty tears that lighten this load as we struggle through #life, the hills and valleys bringing their own strife , Yet seen with a yearning , to seduce this journey ,seeing our treasures under the facade , Keep pushing buttons the big and the small , eventually , keep prodding we'll see them all , Lessons we learn to get the know of ourselves , Entering those cupboards to rattle those shells Funny it is to shake them so hard , they crumble and melt like so much lard, Then we laugh think #life is grand , Why was our head buried in the sand, These treasures we discover in the realms of our mind, Lead us along , more mysteries to find, The moment is with us for that's all there is , Why do we forfeit a #life of bliss,

In the heart of our lives , many vehicles we ride When in our teens we travel our emotions to unravel , the going gets tough till we say enough s enough Become a young adult , what direction to take ? We've reeled in our emotions after the teenage wake , a time to be serious along this long road , juggling our emotions to lighten the load , do we ride these emotions like a ship on the sea , sailing through storms being battered and torn, becalmed upon emotions so strong and so deep that even when resting we toss in our sleep , we sail through loves great caverns ,resounding with wonders treasures to behold , not Rubies and diamonds , silver and gold , but the treasures of understanding , patience and friendship , sharing our lives emotions unfurl , the closeness of partners joined soul to soul by experiences so deep , as a black hole. So what of inspiration the jewel in the crown , the holy of holies some say with a frown , emotions a vehicle to take us through #life , the joys , sadness , pain and some strife, At middle age are we caught in a trap , of our own choosing the things left undone , goals of yesteryear rotting in the mould feeding fresh blossoms a delight to behold , or do we harbour griefs for ambitions cast on the wind ,at a time when our #life was endless and long , our youthful bodies singing a song. So when our bodies start to slow down rejoice in the beauty that's all around , remember with fondness the days have been spent upon the vehicle of emotions for the next phase when slowly but surly we rest in our graves.
