Smiles All Round Bella boarded the plane and waved goodbye to her parents from the tiny window at the back of the plane. She blew them a kiss as the plane set off. She hid her bag under her chair. Little did the other passengers know, the bag was full of illegal drugs. It was the only way to raise those funds for her family back in Brazil. They lived in a small two bedroom flat in central Rio. There was six other people in the flat including her. Mama, Papa, Rico and Roberto (her brothers) and Andrea (her sister) and finally Grandma Lucia. She loved her family, and this was the only thing to do. Bella drifted off into a deep sleep. She was woken by the steward violently shaking her. He smiled at her as she sat up. "Welcome to the US of A !" He said. Bella grabbed her bag from under the chair and went to collect her luggage. The steward handed Bella her stuff and she walked over to the door of the airport. The place was so big that she found herself lost in a tunnel. She was so exausted that she fell to the floor. The bag containing the drugs split open and it spilt everywhere. She sat there crying for a while. A man in a suit with a briefcase walked past on the phone. "Wait one second Mr.Davidson." He said as he stopped next to Bella. "Drugs..." He looked surprised. Bella just watched the man put them back in the bag. "You're lucky I don't call the police." He said. Bella never thought about getting caught dealing the filth... Thoughts flashed through her mind of being captured in prison. She screamed at her visions, not noticing that the man had gone now. She looked down and the bag was gone... "Wha-" she said. She got up, and ran after the thief. She got back into the centre of the airport. She saw the man leave through the doors and hop into a taxi. What's the point she thought. She went back into the tunnel which she came from to find her suitcase missing too. Now this was serious, she was stranded in America, no money, no clothes, no food, no drink and no hope. All was gone...
