Do It Now A smile, a laugh, a kind word each day. All these things you feel you can never repay. You smile, you're happy, they mean so much to you. And then you have a breakthrough. You imagine them gone, You can see them sad and withdrawn. In your mind's eye you picture them missing, You view them paling. You wonder how often they cry, Maybe they are as ephemeral as a mayfly. Make them smile, hug them extra tight, Bother them with your love and tell them something you admire about them tonight. Listen to their crazy stories and join in on their harebrained schemes, Ask them how their day was and listen to their dreams. Don't lose sight of how your #life shines when their light is in your #life.

Can I Tell You Something? When I thought about my ideal boyfriend, I have to admit that I never pictured you. However I couldn't be happier that you chose and choose me. We met through chance, or maybe it's fate. You met me when I thought I looked my worst, yet you're the first guy to pursue me the way you did. You're so cheesy and I love it. You're my Jack Skellington and I can only hope to be your Sally. Maybe we've only been together for a little and maybe we aren't super serious yet. Maybe we don't get to see each other everyday (or most days for that matter). Maybe your strong and athletic and I'm a nerd. But none of that bothers me because I'm too busy being happy with you.

College College is taking over my #life. I'm only a sophomore. All my classes, all my grades, all my extracurriculars, all of my testing. Every homework assignment, every quiz, every point counts. Why is it so hard to get in? Why is the competition so fierce? Why do I have to explain myself through a GPA and an application? Why does the future of my career and #life depend on being accepted to a school? I'm not my grades or the essays I will write. Those things are me. Can't you see? Oh college, take it easy on me.

The Future Tomorrow is so soon. Each day passes by steadily. Yet I can't imagine my #life in a year. I can't imagine my #life in 10 years. Will the choices I make today affect my 10-years-from-now? That scares me. Everyone else seems to be able to envision their futures. I'm lucky if I can predict next week. What happens if I don't get a future? What happens if I'm as miserable as the people I hear about? There is no guarantee my future will be good. I can only hope. Hope and make choices I think will get me to my 10-years-from-now.
