Tax Day It was a beautiful night, and He wasn't such a sore sight. He came in same time, Day after day until he had me say, Yes; yet, something inside Him shown brighter than he, It caught me quite unexpectedly. I never thought I could fall So hard for someone so much older; but we tumbled and it rolled, Sounded like stories of love told. Until one morning, We woke up And knew it had to end, Our passionate tale could no longer bend. Soon we came to join all those, Tainted by the annual dues to pay, And found the love slipped right out from under Tax Day.
