Sometimes in #life, when you get to the point where you think this is all you can take, you find a light that shows you where to make one more step. And on the day goes, when you think you have failed, but still you stay on your feet. Even when failure seems to take its due, there comes a unique moment that fleets by, letting you know you are alive. Those moments will keep coming, as will the friends who love you and never let you down, they don't let you say you have failed, because they love you. And because you know you are loved, those difficult moments fade away, because the memories of being loved have deeper roots than the fleeting moments when you may think of past difficult times. You cannot fail, because you are loved, because you are not alone.

I wish I could write an ode To the women who make my #life better. I am not sure I have thanked you enough Or whether I have let you know about my secret. It's you and only you who give me the will To wake up and face the day. Whether tall or beautiful, Girl next door looks, or petite. Voluptuous or simply mysterious Athletic or simply a bright mind I have learned one single secret from you Which has helped me get through #life. It is only by looking at myself with your eyes That I have learned to love myself Your eyes so beautiful they bring peace And happiness to my Soul when they look at me

Who were you to judge me? Why did you think you were better than me? And in the event that you actually could be, Why would I need to think I am unworthy? I have been in this #life for long enough Had my ups and down like every body And where were you to be found? Nowhere! On those lonely nights when I faced the lowest of lows When the tides turned on me And #life seemed to turn it's back on me I have fought my fights all alone So often left for dead in the gutter When the#moonlit a light for you, and I was kept in the dark The sun would shine for you while my heart was being bitten By the coldest winds of loneliness, why were you nowhere to be found? So how can you today be the one to cast judgement? I fought my battles, against all odds. And if I was not so many times bent down by adversity, If so clearly do I remember being on my knees, I also recall that I was always by myself, keeping my head up. Therefore do I once again ask thou: Where were you when I was left broken? If you could not be a friend when I needed one You will never be the one sharing the glory On the day that I'll be standing tall on my feet. But on this day will I thank you with all my heart For you forced me to learn never to ever crawl again. With all the might in my heart, I have reclaimed my #life And here I am, forever steering my spirits through the skies.

When the toll of #life is more than I can bear to hear When darkness prevents me from seeing the sunlight I try to look for the answer and it's nowhere to be found I go into the abyss of my heart and find its still deeper than I can bear When the dark forces of the unknown break me down to my knees When poison run through my veins and turn my blood to ashes I raise my head to the Heavens and they don't look back I fall down to the ground and it's harder than I ever thought it could be But still do I rise and stand tall I clench my fists and wear a smile I free my will from the forces of Evil and do not look back I walk alone with my pain as a crown of thorn Until my Soul feels deep inside that the pain it has known is an illusion As much as the pleasures of the material #life are a dangerous mirage And then, as a free Spirit do I walk on top of the highest mountains And on the sand, at the bottom of the deepest oceans My healed heart knows that the greatest truth is that there is no answer Only a present moment, where there exists no past and no tomorrow While there is only the certainty that I was void of knowledge before, Now I know, I am living the #life i thought could only exist in my mind.

Tonight something seems wrong, but the path to destiny is always the difficult one. Therefore I am going to embrace my #life, and thank the Lord for what He has offered me till now. It seems so much like my eyesight is going awry. But I'll still give thanks for the #life I lived and for the future that's starting right now. And enjoy every coming moment as it comes to me..
