International Writer's Union So I've got a question for ya'll what would you say if there was an organization that stretched across the entire world that united writers of various faiths, lives and walks of #life? But, wait for it, all for a common goal? The goal being to promote writing and unity, I've noticed that a lot of writer's work is never seen by the masses and this is simply horrible. I mean these writers are up there with Hemingway and Brown if not above their level of writing. As well as I've noticed that a single writer can achieve a lot but a foundation/group of writers can change the world for the better. Something to inspire writers and let them know that there are other writers out there to support them and act as a second family. So what are your thoughts? Note this is not some proposition or some copy of an organization that helps writers, this is just a sort of question entry I suppose.

Christmas Carols Just a quick question, feel free to comment, am I the only who finds himself shouting "Dashing through the snow...!" And other Christmas carols just because were so close to Christmas and the winter months? I don't really know why I sing them but hey I'm able to get my entire class to join in and sing and spread the holiday cheer! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays in advance fellow writers.

A Call To All Writers Is the world in it's entirety not just what is dictated by a higher being or yourself but just everything, is it not based upon perception? I've been pandering this notion for awhile and it seems logical, obviously everything that happens is perceived differently but I don't know if everyone notices that. Rather than having a single A Track personality where "It's only one way and that's how I see it, thus it's true", but rather Aristotle's philosophy, of understanding a situation FULLY to realize how the situation can be resolved. I think Aristotle as well as all Key Parts/ Principles of philosophy have kind of fallen off the face of the Earth as well as all other philosophers past and present, Armchair or Professor. It's just strange yet interesting to see how things that were so important back in the centuries of Knights and Kings, Major Empires clashing and the fall of said empires ,such as the Holy Roman Empire, have gotten lost in the abyss. Though as long as we WRITERS of all nature, walks of #life and personalities have a pen and piece of paper we will continue to give knowledge to the world, inspire the masses and help those in need. This is our duty that we have been given and we will ,not as individuals but rather a group carry out the will the higher being that has blessed us with this gift. That will being changing the world as a whole for the better, remember my friends you are alone, never left out and never put down. We are more then a community of authors, poets and storytellers we are Writers! We stand together doing the thing we love the most...Writing! Inspiring and offering new perspectives to the world bettering and saving it! My apologies I tend to go on tangents, this small question post turned into a ramble. What are your thoughts on really anything...anything in the world that you think is worth writing about, because remember were more then a community were a family that extends to all the corners of the Earth and were all here for you. My friends we all write for different reasons and for different causes but we are one, a family, a brotherhood. You are not alone in this world, we need to support each other even when those who are close to you do not . We are writers and we are one! The Trials Of An Author Part 1 In my four years of summer writing, meaning an actual book has come to fruition over the past summers, I have learned a lot about myself and the world. I've learned that you should always save and backup your work on multiple drives, unless you want to lose a book and a half I suggest this, subsequently the annoyance of having to write the book almost from scratch has taught me that some but not all things happen for a reason. Now I'm not big on predetermined destinies and such but looking back on how my vocabulary has evolved, my story has evolved and how my passion for writing has evolved, I know for a fact that losing my flash drive was an act of complete stupidity but in the wake of it it actually turned out for the better. Now I'm not writing this because I'm some narcissist but rather to show even during the darkest times in our careers, hobbies, pass-times as writers and authors of the future we can adapt and overcome any obstacle. We can write about heroes who have long been forgotten in our minds but not in our hearts and especially not in our books, #poems and our papers that are filled with simple words that can change someones lives. Sorry for rambling but what I'm trying to say is we were blessed with our ability to write and we shouldn't take it for granted. What is the reason you write? Why do you write? I write because it makes people think, wonder and above all smile. If the reader is happy then I'm happy. As we walk on through the road of #life we all pander "Why were we put on Earth?" It's an infinite question with an infinite number of answers but only one of those is a true answer. -RJC

A Perplexing Paradox #1 So the story of Robin Hood goes as followed, Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor. Now has anybody else noticed that when he steals from the rich they become poor and the poor become rich now I don't know what Robin Hood did in that situation or if he even realized it, if you believe in the classic fable, either way an perplexing paradox. What are your thoughts?
