Breakfast Is Important Breakfast is the most important of your meals through the day because it's the first ever meal in the day that fuels you up. People who eat breakfast have more energy, do well in work or school and get healthier throughout the day. Without breakfast, people can get irritable, restless, and tired. This can make them fall asleep and won't concentrate in the morning which is a bad thing. So make time for breakfast and don't leave it out. If you don't eat breakfast everyday. What Does It Mean To Be Healthy? Being healthy means to eat the right kinds of food such as various of fruits and veg. Not just the ones that are your favourite but also eating your worst veg for eg brussel sprouts. Brussel sprouts are the worst when it comes to veg. I try to eat those with a tiny bit mayo because it helps me to eat it down. Also being healthy doesn't just mean to have your healthy food but it means to be healthy physically and mentally no matter what. For ten minutes each day I try to exercise so that I can raise up my heart beat to keep my blood flowing.
