make it happen.. It was a very unclear plan indeed with my business. It is because now i have to be precise with my plan in human resource developmant and recruitment and off course in other hand is to boost up some important sales for the company. My principle is very simple, "Make it happen". Everyone had their own research and idea but off course only a few with their action. It is hard to explain to people how we overcome a idea if the idea tend to be crack but off course i asked myself, why we should get fail? It is because they were hundreds of stories that we can learned to make our plan succeed.
