A Day Before Christmas A DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS ....... A day before Christmas everyone is always preparing for the festival , and so was Selena . Selena was 15 years old her parents were Mr Thomas Roe (fathers name) and Ms Helen Roe (mothers name) she also had a little sister who's name was Sahara ,she was only 5 years old . Selena was to old to believe in Santa she only celebrated Christmas for the fun of it , however her little sister Sahara still believed in all this and used to put up a stocking each Christmas as she did today. Sahara put up a red stocking with beautiful designs made on it in green , she wished for a doll .... A talking one perhaps , but Selena thought that was a crazy thought of hers , and so the day continued. It was 12:30 at the moment Mr Thomas was un-packing the tree decorations while Ms Helen had gone to the shop to buy ingredients for the food she was about to make at the party at Christmas and Selena was just sitting besides yawning with no Christmas spirit while Sahara was saying " please Santa give me a talking doll for Christmas please please " . Hilarious isn't it " said Selena looking at her ."let's go for a short drive " said Mr Thomas , and so they all did . In the car when Selena switched on the radio her favourite band was playing ,she got very exited Selena always wanted to preform with that band but I guess somethings cant be true . On the way they saw a limo all of them said "wow" together trying to peek into the window thinking some celebrity would be in there . Suddenly the limo stopped and the tire got punctured . Selena helped the limo owner with it , though the owner never rolled the window down and only the driver /body guard was talking to her , without a word the driver drove away with the limousine . Selena forgot about it after some while and the family went to pick up Ms Helen from the store she was in . Then they drove back home . At their house they played for a while and Selena switched on her laptop and opened Facebook ..... a message from un known person said " thanks for the help" Selena wrote back " who are you??? and thanks for what?? " but the person did not reply . Strange very strange she thought in her mind . " Selena dinners ready" her mother called out ( 7:15 at the moment) she shut her laptop and sat at the dinner table ."mum"she said " I got a message from an unknown person " "must be Santa " said Sahara " shut up " said Selena in an irritated manner. Without another word she finished her meal and went to bed. Next morning she woke up and saw Sahara rushing here and there wishing every one Christmas . Selena in a sleepy tone said " merry Christmas " she looked out of her window and saw everyone's with happy faces , bird singing and the sun shinning bright that put her Into a good and joyful mood ."what's for breakfast mum ?" she asked "your favourite pancakes honey" her mum replayed so the whole Roe family went to the table to eat breakfast , then Selena said that "I am going in the neighbour hood to give my friends n family the invitation for the Christmas party today" "ok" said Ms Helen . She left the house after breakfast and first went to Ms Anis her neighbour who was 64 years old then she headed to her friends house but lost her way ...well she was at the same address but the house looked different . She knocked at the door . The door opened OMG!!! she screamed the person standing there was a member from the band she loved , her name was Josie from Josie and the pussie cats . Josie spoke up " remember the time you helped me with my tire ?" "omg it was you " said Selena "yes I rolled Down the window a little to see who it was and I asked my driver to ask you your name so I could message you on Facebook " said Josie " if you didn't help me that day I would have been late for my consort thanks so much , as a reward I will let you preform with me tonight " Selena could not believe it but she thought that how could she miss her Christmas party that was at the same time but suddenly she got a call from her mum and Ms Helen said "Selena darling , I am so sorry I have to cancel the party tonight ,as I got an important call for my business meeting I'm really sorry" wow everything was going perfectly fine . That night at the consort she sang with he Pussie Cats and after wards gave her speech " this christmas has been very special for me , first ever beloved that dreams could really come true , I used to think that Santa is just a way of making kids smile so they would be nice ... Ha but today as I stand here I have relied that our beloved Mr Santa has been with me all the time so at the end I would like to say Merry Christmas everyone and never let your Christmas spirits down .
