Paradise In Autumn Patterns flicker and twist as if caught up by a tornado A tsunami of leaves tumbles from dying trees River blue, the sky watches over two who sit Absolutely oblivious to the raging of autumn around them Drifting as they lie head to toe, talking about their dreams In a trance, their words mix with the falling leaves and they all tumble down and rest on their heavy eyelids Secluded, the two fall gently asleep, Evergreen and at rest under the weeping off the trees.
