Thank You Letter My Music, A sincere thank you for being there since the time I can remember. For pepping up that otherwise dull party. Those long drives. For being a reason to ask someone for a dance. To start a conversation. For creating the ambience when I was spending time with that significant other person. For letting me switch off from the everyday chaos. For letting me enjoy those few moments of peace. For supporting my emotions. For being a companion in those moments of sorrow. And joy. And also for shaping my individuality. Sincerely, Me
Sheldon's #quote "I am encouraged to see how advanced your group has become...willing to sail out into the ocean without fear of falling off the edge" ~ Sheldon Cooper (the big bang theory) on knowing that his religious minded mother & her church group are going on a cruise
Momentarily It started when the couple walked into the cafe. They were there just for a take-away. The man went to buy his favourite brownie. She stood there. Her eyes probing the sparse crowd, absent purpose. He was about to take the next sip. He looked up & saw the glance. She could not take her eyes off. Her lips moved & formed a smile. Soft, warm & naughty. He is cuter, her inner thoughts hushed to her. He could not take the sip. His eyes were now trying to decipher the message from her eyes & lips. The blinks of his eyes could not disturb the moment. It had already become a longing look. Her heart pounded fast and then her mind took over. She took her eyes off him and looked at the way her man had gone. There he was, five steps away, walking towards her. Her lips parted to ask a question. He got his focus back. Looked at the cup. Moved his fingers to have that delayed sip of the cappucino. The couple opened the door to step out again. There were two more strips of cartoon to be read. He nodded his head & smiled to himself. The moment got over.
