Rebels Light(Chapter1) Day 1:Scott overlooked the burning city from inside the church steeple. He looked at his watch, 25 pm, six hours since the invasion started. Helicopters patrolled the sky and soldiers lined the street. He knew something had to be done, a government assault against its own people could only mean civil war. He took his knife and carved a small cross in the floor, if he ever returned to this spot it would remind him of what has to done. Picking up his hunting rifle and tucking it inside his trench coat he creeped down the stair and out the back door of the church.
