Yesterday All alone I sat, Dreaming someone new. A smile to break a thousand hearts, Is that someone you? I stared across a grey shine sea, Watching seagulls fly. I thought of times not long ago, I sat and wondered why. I counted minutes by myself, I whistled passing time. I drew my dream guy in the sand, My friend and partner in crime. I dreamed a friend who shared my traits, My likes and dislikes too. I dreamed a guy with moonbeam eyes, Is that someone you? I found myself walking somewhere, Underneath the dark. Until yesterday became today, When dawdling in the park. I said a wish on every star, I hung one on the moon. Can I find my daydream Someone? Will I find him soon?
