Not Knowing In 1998 I had a near fatal auto accident that irrevocably changed my #life, and left me permanently disabled with chronic issues. This was written during the "self pity" period I went through! Not knowing how to live Not brave enough to die So completely numb inside Unable to even cry Existence is the only way And even that's a lie Struggling from day to day Always wondering "WHY" !?! @eddie12309 Yes it was a difficult time, but being able to express my emotion by writing really helped immensely. I'm not one who talks about her inner feelings, and I'm not expressive outwardly with them, so writing is my release.

@misslittleDHP Yes I do have other pieces I wrote during that time, and they are all in the realm of self pity, so I don't usually share many of them. People can only take so much of ones pity party before they become disgusted with you. Lol
