Lemongrass Tea I made tea from fresh lemongrass. I cut most of the green part, clean it, and then give it a smack. Boil it in water. Put in sugar as desire. Boil it until I only got 3/4 of the water left. Turn off the stove, let sit until cool. Store in the fridge, and enjoy it on a hot summer day.
