Crocophant Tree Staring at that great big tree, Towering impressively over me, Thinking "well, you go really, super high", Stretching far up to the sky. But what is really, really strange Is not your roots to tree top range, But that you actually look like a crocodile, Really quite a unique style. Yes, your bark is really scaley, Has anyone mentioned this to you just lately? What a snappy guy you look! Hanging there beside the brook. But round the side you seem to have grown, A pair of elephant tusks of your very own. But surely now, you can't be both? A crocodile with a pachyderm growth. Though how you really make me smile, With your trunk like crocodile. And elephantine toothy grin That spirals round your old growth rings. So if I'm ever in need of glee, I'll come and see my crocophant tree.
