Mistake-95 Chapter Three: Something Is Wrong Here "Well, we certainly have a lot to do then!", Mistake-94 said. Everyone left, they went off to do other things that were probably more important then standing around all day. "Call me Lucas. Come with me, we have a lot of questions for you" Lucas turned and walked off in the other direction. I followed, "Yea, well I bet I have more!" I said under my breath. I looked at the ground, admiring the artwork. "Oof!" I ran into him, I looked up. "We're here!" He smiled at me. he waved his hand for me to follow. We were in a hallway now it was long and had paintings on the walls. The walls were aligned with doors, the doors looked as if though they were made of redwood. The walls were white and had black moldings horizontal to the floor. "Watch your step," he said. The hallway started to lead down a staircase now. The walls were now mad of brick and stone as well as the staircase. It went down in a spiral, and torches hung on the walls for light. "This is the oldest place in on Earth that has been discovered since the endå" Lucas explained. "What do you by the end?" I asked. "You will know soon, leave all your questions till the end of this section." He said opening the door at the bottom of the staircase. It did look old, I remember this door! I thought. But then I forgot, I started to feel light headed and fell to the floor. Slowly opening my eyes I could see a light above me. I tried to sit up but I was strapped down. I tried to look around but that didn't help. "She's awake!" I heard a voice call. "Just give her some time to rest a bit, she's very ill." I heard a quite oddly familiar voice whisper. My vision started to blur, it turned dark and gloomy. Then it started to come to me now. There was a house, it was a bleached blue. There was an apple tree in front, with a tire swing hanging from its branches. It looked peaceful, until I saw her, a little girl ran outside to the tree and started crying. I wanted to go ask what's wrong and give her comfort. "Why can't I be like the others? Why can't I have a normal #life? Why can't I have cool stuff? Why are we so poor?" She continued to yell questions out to the world. Then she stood there waiting for it to answer. I tried to walk forward, but I couldn't. Then vision started to fade, "No!" I cried. But it was too late, all I saw was darkness. My vision was foggy and full of dust. In the far right corner of my eyes I could see a small light. But I saw nothing more, it slowly came to focus. Then it hit me, people ran in every which way. Grabbing things like bullets, guns, first-ad kits and canteens. I was in a tent of some sort, the sick lay on gurneys. Some had looked as if though they had just experienced an explosion. Some had casts, or bullet holes in their bodies. Others lay dead, with a blanket over top their entire body. Pain started to surge my eyes, there was a flash of smoke. The setting had changed once again.
