Health I can't seem to get my head around healthy living. I've been trying for 12 years. Either I eat well and don't exercise, or vice versa. Right now I'm going through an exercise phase. I'm active every day. I've joined a boxing gym, I've got a new puppy to take on walks and I do some HIIT every hour. Food is my weakness. I don't even eat nice food. It's definitely quantity over quality. I get to work (in a convenience store) and spend much of my time cramming junk into my mouth. I eat pastries, chocolate and sweets and drink drinks that are high in sugar. It all makes me feel lethargic and unhealthy. I love training at the moment. I feel amazing after an MMA session, or a session at the gym doing weights and bag work. I know that my training would improve if I could improve my eating, but I just can't seem to say no. Summer is coming. I want to see a change in myself.
