Chocolate Cheesecake A simple no-bake cheesecake with white chocolate and a sprinkling of berries and a dash of dark chocolate. Ingredients- 200g digestive biscuits 100g butter 150g white chocolate 50g dark chocolate 150ml double cream 250g Philadelphia or cheese spread 80g sugar Berries Method- 1- Crush digestive biscuits 2- Melt butter on a low heat and add digestive biscuits, mix together 3- Place in a baking tin and spread out as the base. Place in the fridge. 4- Break white chocolate and place in a glass bowl. Place the bowl in a pot with hot water to melt. Leave to cool. 5- Whisk Philadelphia, double cream and sugar. 6- Stir in almost cool white chocolate and place mixture into your ton on top of the digestive base. 7- Take any berries of your choice and place on top. (I would use blueberries, strawberries or raspberries) 8- Melt dark chocolate and pour in a pattern over the cheesecake (not too much or the sweetness will be ruined) 9- Place into fridge for six hours or overnight.
