The Forest The two girls were walking home from school when the eldest of the two girls, Sky, had noticed a forest. " That's weird," Sky had said. " What, it's just a forest." Explained the younger girl, Rosie. "Yes I know, but I walk through this way all the time and this it the first time I have seen this forest." With suspicion running through Sky, she had been walking into the direction of the forest. Rosie had refused to enter the forest as she was too terrified of what may have hid there. " Sorry Sky, I guess your on your own." " Whatever. You know, you can be such a baby sometimes!" As Rosie walked away from the forest, Sky had been exploring the forest. As she saw more and more of these dead and #lifeless trees, the more she regretted entering the forest. Yet, she was curious as for why crinkled leaves where leaving their homes on the tree branches. It was Summer... Sky was almost certain that this forest was dangerous. Just the surrounding was different from normal land. She had noticed that the closer she would get to the centre of the forest, the colour would get drained away and be replaced by a a depressing grey. This was not a normal forest.. In a split second Sky had heard a voice. "Come to me, Come to me young Sky." This had frightened Sky. How did the voice know Sky? Was this a joke? Sky didn't have the answers, but she wanted to find out, and so she followed the sound of the voice. This was a foolish mistake. Closer and closer she got, and louder the voice became. It wasn't long until she had found a man, the voice. " Hey! Are you the man whose been telling me to come..here?!" Without Turing around, the man simply had said yes. "Why?" Just as she asked this, the man had turned around, revealing that he was not human. His face had no eyes or nose. Just a haunting mouth. " Because you are my ticket to having real flesh and blood" He had screamed. Before Sky could ask anymore questions, the man had ran toward her. She tried to run, but she was too slow. Sky was only fifteen years of age, and yet she was moments away from her death. It had been obvious that this man was pure evil. She did want him to be released into her world. She had thought very quickly and what she had done had probaly saved the world. She had remembered that the man had said that he needed her to have real flesh and blood. She had guessed that he would steal her #life just to have what he wanted. So, without a second thought, Sky had picked up a sharp stone and stuck it in her own heart. After a few seconds, Sky..was gone. Although her actions had costed her her #life, what she did had safed the world. She did not die in vain, but a hero. If you ever see a mysterious forest that has appeared out of no where, do NOT go in...
