Each system had a representative who would preside in the Pantheon of Government and help shape the way the systems were run and that the peace was maintained in fair and diplomatic way. All of these things, diplomacy, leadership, peace and freedom made the blood of the Bokmal boil inside them and made their hatred for the 13 Systems intensify each and ever waking moment!
