Strength The world is a jungle and only the strong will survive. How do I be strong during tough times? I am trying to figure this out myself. Get the body working properly before tackling the mind!! Exercise regularly to burn more calories than you consume, eat healthier and smaller portions, get your home in order by cleaning and organizing, and then work on the complexities of your mind. It is much easier said than done, especially for someone dealing with a disability. My goal is to figure out what really works to help me cope with #life- one way or another.
