in a nut's shell the rancor that is our calamitous "democracy" wears grooves within the psyche that, honestly, i can appreciate the masses disengagement from. it all feels like which lie do we find solace within? which do we ignore? so the media sells you prepackage ideals to adhere to, as though voting truly made any difference to the power structures that decide our collective fates. one wishes for what is best for us, but never quite finds a place or platform upon which to rest these desires. at some point one must accept that to live with liberty, one must live it, and violate no one else's in the process. no politician will bring this to you.
