The Unknown - Part 3 I pulled away and looked into her eyes. She pursed her lips and sipped her coffee. "Are you ready?" I whispered. Mum nodded slowly and sipped again. I grinned and walked into the living room, to see Mum's boyfriend sprawled on the sofa. "No prize for guessing what YOU did last night. " I huffed. Mum raised her eyebrow and shook her head. "Sure. Innocent Reagan, right?" I smirked sarcastically as she poked her tongue out. "Let me grab my bag darling. " She purred, as she slinked off like a model. I stared at Frank's face. His deep brown eyes were shut and his mouth was wide open. He had wavy brown hair just to his earlobes. His chin was covered in stubble and a bit of mum's special red lipgloss. "Come on! Time to go, sugar," she called. I squealed and trotted out the door, ready for our mother-daughter adventure.
