Cyanide Sweetness How I roll is, when I want to add more, I will post it in comments instead of starting a new thread. Hope you enjoy. "Friends forever." Jeremiah smiled. "Pinky promise?" Michelle asked. "Pinky promise." Jeremiah grinned. That was years ago. We were little then. A year after we made that promise, Jere moved to Alaska. I was devastated, but today I keep him in memory. End journal. Justin's pushed me up against a wall. "D-don't do this in the hallway." I stuttered. "You know you want me to." Justin whispered into my ear. I jerked him off me. "Justin Cramos, you sir, are single." I yelled before running off. I felt bad. No, he abused me and was perverted. Dad hated him and he'd never treat me right. Adonis, my gay best friend, never trusted him. I blushed. Adonis, the best looking guy in school, gay and my best friend. "Slow down hot stuff." Adonis laughed. I skidded to a stop in front of him and embraced him. "Oi, what's up?" He asked. "I broke up with him." I muttered. "Finally, err... I mean, oh." Adonis blurted out. "I know. It's fine. I know you hate him." I laughed, "let's have lunch." "Aye, did you hear about the new kid?" Adonis asked. "Sure haven't. Why?" I asked. "He's been looking for a Miche. His name started with 'J' I think." Adonis muttered. "Hmm... Lets drop this until we're eating." I mumbled. We walked to the cafeteria, and there he was. Already seducing another girl. A deep growl came out from Adonis's lungs. "W-what was that?" I asked. His eyes quickly flashed gold, then back to blue. "Hmm? Oh... It's nothing." He mumbled. I tugged his arm, gesturing him into the lunch line. "A number four please." I smiled towards Linda, the lunch lady. She gave me a plate with an Italian meatball sub on it and I went forward. Adonis got his lunch and we went to go sit down. Right before we sat down, I tripped over something, Justin's foot. Adonis let out another deep growl. It started scaring me. "Watch it." Justin smirked. Adonis lightly pushed me forward to another table. "I really don't like him." He muttered. "I know." I whispered. I poked his shoulder, then froze. An electric shock stunned me. When I looked over at his eyes, they were gold again. A familiar gold. "Michelle, are you alright?" Adonis asked. I snapped out of the trance. "I-I'm fine." I whispered before eating my food. Adonis glared at me, watching my movements. "Problem, sir?" I asked, food in mid-air. "You don't seem fine." Adonis muttered. "I'm fine!" I snapped, then cupped my hands over my mouth. "I'm sorry Ado, it just..." I whispered. Subconsciously, I dropped my head onto the table and started sobbing. "N-no. Stop crying Michelle. Seeing you cry is like, swallowing cyanide for me." Adonis stuttered. I looked up, my eyes red and cheeks puffy. "Michelle, you're beautiful, I don't like seeing you in this state." Adonis whispered. I moved and rested my head in his chest. "I'm sorry." I quietly cried. Adonis tapped my spine and I looked up, for a moment I thought I saw Jeremiah. "Are you done?" He asked. "Yeah." I sniffled, letting out a slight smile. "Alright. Eat." Adonis chuckled. I smiled more and raised my sub. I was just about to bite it when something shot into my eye. A rubber band, I saw before my eye started closing. "Owh..." I whimpered. Adonis looked over and saw me clutch my eye. His husky voice clouded over me, "Justin Cramos, you will die." Everyone knew not to mess with what Adonis cares about. Last time someone did that, well, he wasn't necessarily heard of anymore. I don't like talking about it. Adonis lightly pulled me from my seat and led me to the nurses office. As soon as we walked in to the freezing room Mildred, the nurse, squealed, "What happened?" I stumbled to answer first, "Oh nothing. I just wasn't watching and a ball-" "Justin Cramos launched a rubber band straight into her eye." Adonis growled. He made me sit down and then went off to get an ice pack. "I thought that boy was your honey." Mildred asked me. "Well, I sorta broke up with him." I stuttered. "So I see." Mildred sighed. Adonis came back and sat down next to me. He placed the ice pack over my eye, then moved my hand onto it. "Mr. Wolfe, would you like to fill out an incident report?" Mildred asked. "No. That'll be fine." He replied. "Ado please don't d-" I started. "Hush." He mumbled. I kept my mouth shut. I didn't want to anger him anymore than he already was. I looked at him with my good eye, the right, and saw a wolfish structure. Then again, his last name WaS Wolfe. I never questioned how it was the same as Jere's, because I know it's a semi-popular last name. The go to fourth period/class dismissal bell rang. "Let me see your eye." Adonis said. I lightly moved the ice pack. "Hmm... Can you stand without hurting yourself?"Adonis asked. I nodded and set the ice pack down, then carefully began standing up. Before I was five inches off the chair, my eye pulsed in pain. I clutched it and fell into Adonis's chest. "You are staying here. I'll take notes for you. Mildred." Adonis said before setting me down on the chair again. He ruffled my hair and went off to our fourth period, Mr. Laivesh. I started to go after him but Mildred stopped me, "Stay right there, Missy." I huffed and sat back down. "Mr. Wolfe. Late again, sir?" Mr. Laivesh asked me, trying to keep stern but cowering under my figure. "Problem, Sir?" I growled. "J-just go have a seat, Adonis." Mr. Laivesh stuttered. I turned to go to my seat, and some new strawberry-blonde/brunette kid sat there. "Oi. Outta my seat, kid." I growled. "Any special reason why?" The kid smirked. The class gasped. I squared up to the kid. "You better move." I whispered. The kid stood up and was about my height. "If I don't?" The kid grinned. "I will pummel you." I muttered. He leaned and whispered into my ear, "I don't really think Michelle will like that, don't you?" I glared at him from the corner of my eye. "How do you know about Michelle?" I demanded. "Because. She's mine. And I'm sure you know what I mean by that." He smiled, showing canines too big to be human. I slammed my fist against the kid's face. I was just about to do it again when Mr. Laivesh pulled the kid away, and Erick pulled me out of the class. "Bro what's up? You just punched the new kid like you know him." Erick asked. "He talked about Michelle like property. And he said I knew what he meant. Too bad I actually do." I said. "When are you going to tell Michelle?" Erick asked. "When she's ready for it." I mumbled. "If she finds out about us before then?" Erick interrogated. "She won't." I whispered.
