-The Beat Of Heart- My mind is empty, numb from senseless thoughts. Endless traffic leaving voids now filled by pounding thuds. The beat of heart, not having felt desire, love, complexity, the intricacy of such intimacy. Breathe out and in and out and hold and linger in the grasp of breathlessness. To know the feeling I am feeling knowing that I have found you. Spiritual your presence. Appearing to save me, to save you, to make #life together out of dreams. My screams no longer tortured, begging give me #life, knowing now the value of a #lifetime measured not in spans of time, but in the intensity of every beat.

-Cocoon- Naivety's cocoon protects the newly born. Along with time comes the indiscriminate storm. Reminded of our insignificance, there are people on the moon. Perfect, pure and flawless, the cracks develop soon. Brave in face are some of us, others true at heart. The harshness of circumstance, all will play a part. Some pressing forward, experience their only gain. Others staying static, it isn't worth the pain. A solo existence offers weightlessness. No judgement, no burdens to explain. Retreat can never be too soon. Safe here, just me in my cocoon.

Contentment The tree on the cliff, with views of the ocean. This is contentment. The rock along the flowing river, cooled by the water. This is contentment. The bird in the sky, floating with the wind under his wings. This is contentment. The boy with love in his heart, loved right back by his girl. This is contentment.

What We Are In happy days of contemplation it all seems so complicated, details of who, how much, truth, words, gestures.. Stripped back, broken down, analysed in small pieces, all is too detailed. When #life is much harder I realise the simplicity of our love. The pieces as a whole, taken for what they are, simple and magical.

Moment In Between In the small breathes in-between, #life is happening, #life is at it's most glorious. We lose sight waiting for the moments that take our breath away, never realizing these are just reminders that we are still alive. Why do we need reminding? Each breath is a gift to treasure. Sadly and incorrectly longevity has become our measure. So live in every moment, seeking passion, laughter, depth and positivity. One day, in a moment in-between, you will find your breath does not return, smiling in contentment, because you were living in that final breath. -Jacob (2011)
