A Reminder There's no need for concepts - just open your eyes and look around. Live freely and fully. We spend all of our lives chasing for happiness as if it's out there somewhere, but if you're not satisfied where you are right now then you never will be. Don't shy away from your own nature, or cover yourself in unjustifiable ideas that make you feel secure. We all have light and dark in us: direct them well. Defend others, especially the weak and confused. People around you can be quick to anger or to cause harm, so we all have a duty to reduce each others' pain. Remember your own mortality and confront it - when we're beneath the earth we're all equal. Be courageous - it takes true courage to take your heart out into the open, and to meet your hopelessness head on in that dark place where it hurts. Care for yourself so that you can help others. Bad things often happen in #life, you know, and sometimes you're going to feel more cut open and raw than you could possibly imagine, but behind everything is an inner strength that knows no bounds if you allow yourself to have it. Permit yourself to be strong and fearless. You can win the game of #life if you take things one day at a time.

The Flow From time to time one gains some inkling of the shades and themes of a great sensitivity that lies at the heart of the human mind. Without bound or impediment, it stretches to touch all of the world. Don't hold that you have grasped my meaning Distracted from the reflection on the water's surface. Rather go diving in the fullness of #life; Rather admit to the enigma within; Rather permit the broken to lie with the changeless; For the heart of the matter lies close to the wound. Now some of you won't hear such singing And many of you won't see this world. But silence in motion, stillness, agility, All of this lives in us, all of this soars.
