The Hitch Hiker I was driving down a lonely, dark country road, listening to the radio, when the song I was listening to was interrupted by a message. It said that a psychopath had escaped from a nearby asylum and was dangerous. He usually leaves his victims just to die from their wounds and has a scar across his right eye. I laughed to myself, believing it to be a hoax of some sort, I mean what were the chances of me being in the perfect setting of a horror movie? But then I saw something up ahead: a body. I turned off the engine of my car and took my handgun with me, for safety precautions. I saw that this man had stab wounds all over him. "Help me," he said "I was attacked by that psychopath guy!" Without thinking I grabbed him, and dragged him to my car. I strapped him in, turned on my engine and drove quickly. I noticed however that I was low on fuel. I stopped at a nearby station and went inside to pay for the fuel. At the counter, I asked the guy if he could call an ambulance to help my friend. The man looked at him and instantly called 911. However, only 3 police cars arrived and they grabbed the man from the car and through to the ground at gunpoint. One the police men came and told me I was very lucky. "Why?" I asked. And then I saw why: across his right eye was a scar...
