The Institution Inside the institution They are confined Driven mad with worry And trapped with fear But silent out of expectation Outside the institution I am free Driven mad with liberation And bound by nothing But selfish in my ways Because of the institution We are one and the same Driven apart instinctively And yet locked together by circumstance But we refuse to acknowledge the sameness of our fellow prisoners
