I Decide Just got back from an unexpected visit to the family doctor due to bothersome results after undergoing Executive Panel. Verdict: 29 years young, high cholesterol,high uric acid and borderline in other parameters. This is outrageous. Therefore today I DECIDE its time for a major change. A major #lifestyle overhaul if I wanna be able to meet my grandkids. Mark this day. Today i make a #life changing decision. So help me God.

Humid An all time high at 42' C ...thats the recorded temperature where i am at right now. That feeling where you just wana be immersed in a tub of water with ice cubes with just your head bobbing out, thats how iv been feeling since yesterday.i know this post probably don't make sense...so much for my first..LOL but seriously, can you expect my brain to function at its best in this condition I'm in?
