Understanding Time I think one of the most important questions I ask myself everyday is: How did I spend the last hour? Being happy? Doing something great? Or did I just forget again that time is limited and passing by very fast? It is not enough to review the week or the month or in some cases the whole year. We need to remind ourself that we may not be here the next hour so why waste your last hour being sad, angry or frustrated. Time is limited. Remember this all the time.
