Over the World As I fly over the U.K. I pass Buckingham Palace The Queen looks up and winks at Rudolph I'm higher than the London Eye The tower bridge, and Big Ben France is full of frogs on their lily pads Happy to have their legs to jump about The Eiffel Tower is the size of a snail Couples in love –leaving their trail Australia is hot A no-snow Christmas Kangaroos jumping The gold coast beach Clear blue seas People wanting their Christmas To at least feel a breeze Most countries get snow #Geez Brazil is gloomy I just missed the Olympics Carnivals done –the people are tired Last week the poor people Were making shoes out of tires Too hot –like blazing fires ##poetsin #poetry #Christmas #world #Santa

Spreading Cheer If I was Santa, my elves would make sure I get the right people the right presents The ones they want And the ones they need Even the ones asked for in greed The naughty people would get a gift That would help them in a good way Whether it be a distraction or something To avoid the bad thing the next day I'd have lots of funds and no restrictions I'd even leave people their medical prescriptions Some people are too ill or too poor So I'd send magical auras through their door Christmas is for everyone And you all deserve happiness and so much more Ho ho ho We've all wanted to say that before! ##poetsin #poetry #Santa #Christmas #spreadingcheer #happiness
